To enhance EWIS awareness thus ensuring correct procedures, methods, techniques, and practices are used when performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection, alteration, and cleaning of EWIS. (GROUPS 1 TO 5)

Objectives:

Training course has been broken down into 6 Modules.

- Module 1: Background into EWIS Requirements

- Module 2: General EWIS Practices

- Module 3: Inspection Techniques

- Module 4: Good Housekeeping

- Module 5: Wire Overview & Connective Devices

- Module 6: Competency Assessment

Learning Outcomes (LOC):

- Understanding of Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems principles

- Be able to apply a ‘Best Practice’ to Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems

- Understand the impact of a non-compliance with EWIS practises

- Be able to discuss potential EWIS issues and the prevention of such occurrence

Assessment

You will be required to submit answers to polling questions and complete an assessment / feedback questionnaire at the end of the training session.  You MUST complete the polling, assessment, and feedback to qualify for a certificate to be awarded.
