FAA Part 145 Repair Station training

This is our NEW ‘FAA – UK CAA Part 7 Supplement Compliance’ training course.

On the 31st December 2020, the United Kingdom (UK) is no longer part of European Union (EU) / European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and therefore the bilateral agreement between United States (US) and the UK has changed.

A new Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG) and Maintenance Inspection Procedures (MIP) has come into effect from the 1st January 2021. Therefore, new compliance requirements for the bilateral agreement between the US & UK.

There are several changes, including organisations need to demonstrate eligibility to have the approval, updated Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and comply with the new FAA Special Conditions.

DEADLINE For current approved organisation who wish to retain their FAA Approval – must resubmit their revised Part 7 Supplement by end of March 2021 to the UK CAA for approval.

Our new course is designed to help increase organisational knowledge and understanding of the FAA Part 7 Supplement for maintenance personnel and supporting staff. Organisations need to demonstrate that their personnel have an understanding of the MAG & FAA Special Conditions.
