Standard Terms & Conditions: Training Course(s)

  1. Booking a Course
    • On-Line course bookings are made by completing the online booking request via the applicable Training Event.   These courses are classified as Open Courses.   Once you have completed the booking plus payment, the booking will be confirmed by email that was used for the booking.
      • Note (a): On-Line bookings will require payment at the time of booking. If you are not able to make a payment at that time then; please contact us to arrange booking and payment options.
      • Note (b): All booking requests will remain provisional until payment is received.
    • Joining instructions will not be issued until booking requests are confirmed. Group bookings or for specific requests, please contact our team to discuss further on: +44 (0) 1256 517352
    • For specific course requests, the client will be given a Training Proposal. Within the proposal, it will specify and outline all course details.
  2. Payment
    • Payments for on-line courses are made at the time of booking. All bookings remain provisional until payment is received.
    • Were the client has been sent a proposal for specific training; the proposal will outline the payment terms and conditions in advance of any training commencing.
    • We reserve the right to re-allocate or cancel the place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. Payment can be made on-line or via BACS.
  3. Cancellations
    • In the event of a delegate cancelling their registration for training; the following charges will apply:
      • 4 weeks prior to commencement of training: 20% of the course fee
      • 2 – 4 weeks prior to commencement:  50% of the course fee
      • Less than 2 weeks prior to commencement:  100% of the course fee
    • In the event of a booking cancellation we reserve the right to reclaim any discounts previously awarded.
    • Cancellation instructions must be received in writing to Blue Altitude Limited.
    • Blue Altitude Limited reserves the right to cancel its courses at any time. Delegates will be notified and all monies will be refunded.
  4. Delegate substitution
    • You can substitute a delegate on a programme at any time free of charge. Simply call our team on:  +44 (0) 1256 517352
  5. Transfers
    • In the event of a delegate transferring their registration for training to a later training date the following transfer charges will apply:
      • 4 weeks prior to commencement of training: No charge
      • 2 – 4 weeks prior to commencement:  30% of the course fee
      • Less than 2 weeks prior to commencement: 60% of the course fee
    • The above transfer fees may not be charged and this is at the discretion of Blue Altitude Ltd
    • The transfer option only applies to delegates transferring to a different date within the same calendar year on the same course. Transfers can only be used once. If that transfer is then later cancelled and/or the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee remains payable. The choice of revised date must be specified at the time of the transfer.
  6. Fees
    • All fees on our website are current at the time of publishing. However, we reserve the right to change them. In any event, Blue Altitude Limited reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to attending the course. All our fees are inclusive of course materials, refreshments and lunch and exclude all other meals, accommodation and transportation unless otherwise stated.
  7. Programme Content, Dates & Venues
    • Blue Altitude Ltd reserves the right to change venues and trainers and alter or cancel published dates without liability. Due to the evolving nature of our training courses and our commitment to continuous improvement initiatives, Blue Altitude Ltd reserves the right to change the course content and / or trainer, at any time in line with market demands.
