Do you provide training at our facility?

  • Yes, we do provide training at a client’s premises upon request. If you would like us to carry out training at your premises then please contact us.

Do you provide training overseas?

  • Yes, we do provide training overseas as per our client’s requests. This is either at their premises or at an agreed venue. If you would like us to carry out training at your premises overseas then please contact us.

Do you provide training at different venues?

  • Yes, we carry out training at different venues around the country. Please see our current training program for the course venues.

What types of courses do you provide?

  • We provide various soft skills training courses.
  • Our entire courses are bespoke.
  • They are developed to support your business requirements or assist in enhancing your career.

 What are the pre-course requisites?

  • For each of our courses, we outline any pre-course requisites. If you feel you meet the pre-course requisites by other means; e.g. experience or an equivalent qualification then, please contact us.

How do you book a course?

  • At the bottom of each training course event outline, you book your place by completing the applicable fields, enter a coupon discount code (if applicable) and select payment.  Secured payment is by PAYPAL.  If you are NEW to Paypal and do not have a Paypal account, payment can still be made, just follow the alternative instructions.  Upon successfully completing the payment you will be redirected to our bookings confirmation page.  
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.  Please ensure you enter the correct email address when applying.
  • Joining instructions and a pre-course questionnaire will be sent to you within 24hrs of your booking.
  • If you are NOT paying via the online method, please contact us to arrange a manual booking and payment via BACS.
  • Any problems with trying to book a course, please contact our team.
