Course Overview

This course is specifically designed for those who require the Human Factors course to meet the requirements of European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 AMC GM 145.A.30 (e).

“Human Factors” is all about people and how we are influenced within our environment; whether it is our own ‘personal’ life, the ‘working environment’ or those ‘external’ beyond our control.  This course is designed to meet the regulatory compliance and is interactive.  The strength of this course is based on experiences from the course facilitator and the delegates; so learning from each other is important, encouraging open discussions, with an emphasis on the ‘Just Culture’ and learning from events that have taken place.
